A state level sevens foot ball tournament is organized every year for 3 days to encourage the sports among youth.
Sports uniform presentation
To the Government higher secondary school, Pethappampatty hockey team, sports uniforms (2013 & 2014) and sports equipments (2014) were donated to encourage them from participating in tournaments.
Swamy Vivekananda life exhibition
Every year on the birthday of Swami Vivekananda January 12th – National Youth day is celebrated by displaying the chart pictures of life of Swamiji in various schools and colleges.

The club has adopted the Municipal middle school, Park road, Udumalpet for the past 3 years. We conduct the school day, sports day, teachers’ day and Independence Day every year. Service to Pilgrims going by walk to Palani hill temple
For the past 4 years a temporary shed is erected to serve hot beverage and first aid medicines to the pilgrims who walk to the pilgrim town of Palani on the occasion of THAI POOSAM (January). Every year nearly 7000 pilgrims are served in this centre.
